On December 4, 2021, I finally received the 2022 Outback I ordered from Peoria Subaru thru the Costco Auto Program. I ordered the car in August 2021. I wasn't surprised that it took that long (and it was w I ordered from Peoria Subaru thru the Costco Auto Program. I ordered the car in August 2021. I wasn't surprised that it took that long (and it was worth the wait!). When Chris Donevski took my order, he made it clear that it would be a while before I got my car. When they found out my car was ready to be shipped from the factory in Lafayette Indiana they called me to let me know. They called me a couple of more times to keep me up-to-date. When the car was ready, they called to make an appointment to pick it up. I was expecting that they would have me sign some papers, hand me the keys (key-fob?) and say "have fun". I spent a short time with Rich Salo, the Finance Manager who explained the extended warranty to me (no pressure to take it). Then, instead of just handing me the keys, Henry Ajiboye spent time giving me a tour of the car. Then, we got in the car and he patiently spent time going over the buttons and computer controls. For the last 18 years, I've been a vehicle with minimal computer controls. So, the electronics in the Subaru are a bit overwhelming, but, thanks to Henry, I made it home (56 miles away) safely. I've felt comfortable with everyone at Peoria Subaru and I'm happy to give them 5 stars!. More
