I had been communicating with Chris who was very responsive and did not pester me whatsoever. We finally made it to the dealership where we worked with Arlene Reyes. Interestingly enough, I had spoken to Arlene in 2013 about a car (which we decided not to replace) and Arlene had put in his notes not to make any contact per my request, which is exactly what he did. Although it was Black Friday, and the place was busy, Arlene was very kind and patient. We ended up buying a different vehicle then what we came for, just because Arlene did such a good job explaining the safety features and my husband is all about safety particularly after I was hit by a semi on the freeway. Nick in finance was not pushy, and we said "please fly like the wind" through the paperwork, he did just that. The following day Arlene contacted me to see if we had any questions or problems, although he did a great job demonstrating the features on the car. We would definitely recommend Peoria Subaru and Arlene Reyes to anybody. More

Best purchase decision ever!!! I came into Peoria Subaru just to look around at the 2018 Foresters. I've read up about them online for a few months and finally decided it looked li I came into Peoria Subaru just to look around at the 2018 Foresters. I've read up about them online for a few months and finally decided it looked like the right suv for me. I called in and spoke with Chris the manager. He was friendly and helpful in regards to going over the trim options and what was available at the moment. When I arrived later that day for a test drive Chris was actually there to meet me like he said he'd be (usually not the case with my previous dealer experinces). He set me up with Spencer for the test drive. I was so amazed with the Forester. It had plenty of power and drove so smoothly. I especially like to roof rack and the Thule bars Subaru offers. (I love to go snowboarding). Anywho after the test drive we got to the dreaded part of a car deal...THE NUMBERS!!! Well to say the least...the $31,000 Forester I had picked out was out of my price range. Chris came back into the office with Spencer and suggested a lease to get to my goal payment. I was very aprehensive at first. I've heard absolute horror stories from friends and family in regards to leasing vehicles...over charged for miles, damage, etc. Chris took the time to explain and re explain how leasing with Subaru was different, and that most people actully build equity with a lease. Well he "CLOSED" me as they say. And I couldnt be happier!!! I just want to say thanks to Chris for finding a way to make my "goal" suv fit my budget and Spencer for his time and consideration with all the details. Peoria Subaru you ROCK!!!! More

Best Ever Auto-Buying Experience The best experience I have had in 55 years of buying autos was my most recent one with Peoria Subaru. Now retired, I have previously purchased more t The best experience I have had in 55 years of buying autos was my most recent one with Peoria Subaru. Now retired, I have previously purchased more than 25 autos, approximately 15 for personal use and 10 for business use of employees. Our initial contact with Henry Ajiboye was excellent. After that, we had the opportunity to look at several vehicles online. We subsequently dealt online with Chelsea Hughes who was most responsive. If one is not going to the dealership, our suggestion would be to check the Peoria Subaru vehicles online, and then contact sales managers Chris Donevski or Anthony. They stayed with the offer they made over the telephone, an offer that was, at a minimum, $1,600 less than the lowest of five other Subaru dealers we visited. Their service, honesty, courtesy and professionalism even surpassed Longo Toyota, the nation's largest Toyota dealership, located in El Monte, CA. I previously purchased several vehicles from them, even when in Arizona. Peoria Subaru's finance manager, Troy Miller, is absolutely the best that I have ever encountered among finance managers. He will do what is best for the customer, and not push what is best for his own financial interest, something almost unheard of for finance managers in the the auto business. I spoke with a friend who used to be the national finance manager of another Japanese auto manufacturer, and confirmed that all of the advice given by Mr. Miller was totally correct. Furthermore, we spoke at length with Michael Costabile, a care connect manager. He is a most excellent ambassador for the dealership. He is gregarious and an excellent listener. As best as I can determine, this entire dealership works on the premise of treating customers fairly, and hoping that they will refer others to Peoria Subaru. More

THANKS CHRIS I felt compelled to write this review after receiving exccellent assistance from Chris. Here is my story... I bought a new Legacy 8 DAYS ago. I notic I felt compelled to write this review after receiving exccellent assistance from Chris. Here is my story... I bought a new Legacy 8 DAYS ago. I noticed day 2 after taking it home that there was a pretty bad scratch/dent on the rear bumper. On a side note I had not driven the car more than 25 miles since purchasing and always put in my garage. Well, I called the dealership to tell them about the damage (that obviously was there at delivery) I honesstly expected to old song and dance that dealers give you...the whole sorry cant help youre screwed. Well this is where I was pleasently surprised... I was transferred to Chris the manager in the sales dept. He listened to my whole story and invited my into the store so he could personally look at the vehicle and see what he could do to help. Again I expected the complete line of BS you usually get from a car dealer. Well when I showed up Chris looked at the damage on my car and without any hesitation offered to set an appt with his body shop and get me a rental while it is being repaired. I was so happy I could have hugged him. The work is being done as I type this. I just hope it turns out awesome!! I will follow up with a review of the body shop. Thanks again Chris for your assistance!!!! And for being a honest refreshing human being. More

Best dealer period I went to all the subaru dealers in phx ,Scottsdale ,chandler,peoria after all the wheeling and dealing Peoria subaru (Moore ) Chris Donevski and sal I went to all the subaru dealers in phx ,Scottsdale ,chandler,peoria after all the wheeling and dealing Peoria subaru (Moore ) Chris Donevski and salesmen Spencer ROE are the two best sales people in az that I have dealt with in along time I TRULY mean this .I plan on buying my next car from them when my other son needs a car.These two did not try to sell me a bunch of B.S I did not want at all ,they truly asked me what I wanted and what I wanted to pay And did just that ,very honest people.Go to them before you buy any car before or after you look at other dealers just do not sign anything till you talk to these two guys .My son got a 2015 forester from them last nite,we are very very happy with the car and price.before you buy a subaru go to chase bank ( that's subaru finance co) and get pre - approved that makes everything go smoother,the dealer may beat the interest if you qualify if not you have chases offer to fall back on. More

I purchase a new car every two to three years and this visit was among the best car buying experiences I have ever experienced. Kevin Youtsey was our sales person and he was beyond exceptional. This sale visit was among the best car buying experiences I have ever experienced. Kevin Youtsey was our sales person and he was beyond exceptional. This sales person never pressured us and he went far more than the extra mile. We purchased a 2014 Forester and wanted a specific color combination. On his day off Kevin drove nearly 300 miles to obtain the exact Forester we wanted. Also, this dealer does not add any “dealer added options" that you do not specifically order. The dealer quoted us a price while we were still shopping for competing vehicles and they honored it to the letter when we returned later during the weekend. The finance manager was also very pleasant and did not pressure us to buy anything we didn’t want. If you want a Subaru, this is the dealer for you! More
