Let me start off by answering the question: would I buy from here again ? and my answer is yes .. However let me say I sure do miss the Saturn model of doing business .. our daughter and the wife & I sat d from here again ? and my answer is yes .. However let me say I sure do miss the Saturn model of doing business .. our daughter and the wife & I sat down with the Salesman .. although I think a better description of his title would be a Representative .. he laid out a sheet of options that were available on the Saturn .. she chose what she wanted .. the salesman provided us with the final price of the car .. it made NO difference on how we paid for the vehicle .. the purchase was straight forward .. no little surprises .. Subaru on the other hand gave us a price on the car .. we felt it was Fair .. and then when we were going to pay cash for the vehicle .. their deal came to a screeching halt .. Now let me preface this .. by saying they knew we came into the dealership with the intentions of purchasing two new vehicles .. I informed them ... very calmly .. that this little stunt was unacceptable .. I stood up and was going to walk away from Both purchases .. this was eventually taken care of after a bit of back and forth to Mr. Donevski's office .. but this should have Never happened .. this is exactly why people find buying a vehicle ... such and Unpleasant experience .. I would however like to end on a positive note .. our salesman Spencer Roe was outstanding .. he was patient .. understanding but yet not pandering .. to All our questions .. Spencer is an asset to your team .. I would recommend him to any of our friends ... Glenn Shay More
