Fantastic experience Spencer and Chris helped me out with the purchase of a new Impreza. I was a little uneasy in the beginning... Buying a car can be stressfull... Howeve Spencer and Chris helped me out with the purchase of a new Impreza. I was a little uneasy in the beginning... Buying a car can be stressfull... However, The whole experience was above my expectations. We picked out the vehicle with the help of Spencer. After that came the hard part but to my surprise, everything was very simple, transparent, and easy to understand. Bad customer service My husband and I had a Manager by the name of Dwayne from this dealership call us because we had a bad experience at another Subaru, and he promised a My husband and I had a Manager by the name of Dwayne from this dealership call us because we had a bad experience at another Subaru, and he promised a lot. We had to drive a very long way to get to this dealership then when we get there the Manager we had spoke to had already left, and it went down hill from there. A salesman called Arlene helped us with the help of his manager Chris, but we delt directly with Arlene. Once we were in the room he started to gives us numbers that weren’t even close to what he had spoke to the manager about, so I spoke up and told him “ You are telling us very differently to What Dwayne was telling us”, and in the middle of my sentence he cut me off and say “ma’am DONT RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME” I said sir ... I am talking to you very calmly. The point is we had a very bad experience at this dealership, and the sad part is that it isn’t the first Subaru we have had issues with. We record the conversation this time so good job Arlene for loosing us as clients! More

The busiest day of the year We were in need of a new automatic car because I have a broken wrist. I had been communicating with Chris who was very responsive and did not pester m We were in need of a new automatic car because I have a broken wrist. I had been communicating with Chris who was very responsive and did not pester me whatsoever. We finally made it to the dealership where we worked with Arlene Reyes. Interestingly enough, I had spoken to Arlene in 2013 about a car (which we decided not to replace) and Arlene had put in his notes not to make any contact per my request, which is exactly what he did. Although it was Black Friday, and the place was busy, Arlene was very kind and patient. We ended up buying a different vehicle then what we came for, just because Arlene did such a good job explaining the safety features and my husband is all about safety particularly after I was hit by a semi on the freeway. Nick in finance was not pushy, and we said "please fly like the wind" through the paperwork, he did just that. The following day Arlene contacted me to see if we had any questions or problems, although he did a great job demonstrating the features on the car. We would definitely recommend Peoria Subaru and Arlene Reyes to anybody. More
