The car buying process is something I dread. For that reason I try to stick with the same salesman and dealership. For the past 12 years I have been using Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and using the same salesman. I decided I wanted to buy a Silverado so I wouldn’t be able to stay with my normal dealership. That being said, I wasn’t excited about entering a dealership. Completely unplanned last Saturday I stopped into your dealership while I killed time waiting for my kids to wrap up a party at the Sky Zone next door. I had no real intention of buying and was worried about being bothered by an aggressive sales person. My experience was wonderful. Chris Drewry offered to help me out and gave me a walk around the trucks. I left that day without buying a truck but very interested. Chris knew I was interested and I told him I would think about it and let him know about my decision the next day after I prayed and talked to my wife. The following day Chris called and I told him I wanted to buy the truck. Chris was off duty so he partnered me up with Rick, another great guy who treated me respectfully and not like a “sales target”. They were both great and never tried to sell me. That being said, when I entered the actual “buying” process I suspected it was going to get ugly. I was going to get handed off to the “shark” who was going to make me mad and cause me to walk out like I have done many times. I didn’t think it was possible to buy a new vehicle and not get “sold” or pressured. I am happy to report that I was suspicious for nothing. It was professional all the way and it never got to the negative experience that is so normal at many dealerships. You have a GREAT team and I will surly recommend you to all that I come into contact. Thank you for a great experience. More

Beware of this dealership if you are a senioir citizen. This dealer convinced us to sign paperwork promising not to fund the loan until we took delivery of the truck. They financed a loan in our name befor This dealer convinced us to sign paperwork promising not to fund the loan until we took delivery of the truck. They financed a loan in our name before the vehicle was ready for delivery damaging our credit and it took weeks for them to get the loan from our namer but the damage was already done. We never took delivery and now we have this loan on our credit report. We are considering legal action to restore our credit rating but that will cost us money. More
