Love my car - loved the experience I have been very pleased with Palm Chevrolet. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from them. Their Service Department is wonderful. The employee I have been very pleased with Palm Chevrolet. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from them. Their Service Department is wonderful. The employees are courteous and helpful. Most of all the sales person I used for both of the cars, Chris Drewry, is there for me before, during and after the sale. I have gone back to him for assistance several times and even though he knows I'm not ready to buy another car yet, he has helped me every way he can. I don't feel intimidated by the sales process as I do in other dealerships. Palm rocks! More

I was concerned about putting a gooseneck hitch in it as it had a prior fifth wheel. They care They keep me up to date on what service I need. I've always been treated fairly and with respect. I took my car in, seemed to be losing water. I had b They keep me up to date on what service I need. I've always been treated fairly and with respect. I took my car in, seemed to be losing water. I had been unable to find leak, nothing showing up on pavement etc. They spent extra time running tests etc. Kept me informed along the way. We could find nothing, but, we have a plan. I will monitor for X number of miles then go back in if problem is still occurring and check inside engine to see if pistons appear to be getting water on them. I am pleased, if goes south I can bring back in at that time. More
