Probably the worst service center I've visited in 20 years of any automaker. Employees are unprofessional talking about personal matters within earshot of customers.Dirty floor and torn old furniture. M years of any automaker. Inconsistent communication between service manager failed to keep my wife updated on the actual status of service on our vehicle. Nav/infotainment update never performed despite it listed as a customer complaint on the service order paperwork or whatever it's called. At least the lumbar support was fixed, so the technicians did their job. For as much money as the Hyundai/Kia group has made in the last 5 years, you would think some of that money would go to at least making the service center areas look respectable. I will actively avoid to return to this dealership/service center in the future! More
