Daytona KIA made good on another dealerships short comings. While driving from Florida to PA on August 26th, 2019, my engine threw a rod in SC. My car was towed to Charleston. Engine on back order and replaced three weeks later. My vehicle went through the hurricane while there. Water line up to the bottom of the door. Two sensor lights still on when I go to pick it up. Service manager tells me to take it back to Daytona because they did not have the parts to fix it. I can understand that because I'm sure they had plenty of hub assemblies to replace as their lot was full of vehicles. Daytona KIA replaced my hub assemblies and put two bolts into one of my engine brackets at no out-of-pocket expense to me. Thank you More

I waited at the center where there is always good coffee and other treats available. Mike is my usual advisor, he was not there on this day, I believe Chris Dupont was the name of my advisor that day. Chris was outstanding, kept me advised. On 08/22/2019 a delta rocket was being launched from Kennedy, Chris told me where the best view would be. We watched it launch on TV and then walked out to the parking lot to watch the rocket disappear into the sky. Was a great morning. More
