Very helpfull and efficient staff.. All smile and kind The Kia Daytona service center is very clean and very well equipped so the cars owners would feel very confortable while their car are taken care of. The staff is just great, all smile and very kind... They explain every single detail of the process the car will undergo, and are very accurate about the time the car needs to be ready. When every thing is done, they always wash the car before giving you the key back... Hot and cold drinks but also snacks are elegantly displayed... All in all it's a place that makes you feel at home... Thank you guys!!! More

Time for my service I was very impressed with the service and the staff. Everyone makes you feel at home. Also the new establishment is fantastic. They really helped My car wouldn’t start the gentleman walked me thru a few things over the phone stated might be battery gave me a quote and offer the towing assistance My car wouldn’t start the gentleman walked me thru a few things over the phone stated might be battery gave me a quote and offer the towing assistance under my warranty. However I just had a friend jump me they got me in diagnosed the issue my battery ended up being under warranty they went ahead squeezed me in and performed a few extra services I needed. I had a bit of a wait however that’s understandable since it was later in afternoon there was a few appointments and a few walk ins. I did not mind waiting and they explained this to me from beginning and I just wanted to wait. It was a Chris who helped me on the phone and in house it think. More
