However I just had a friend jump me they got me in diagnosed the issue my battery ended up being under warranty they went ahead squeezed me in and performed a few extra services I needed. I had a bit of a wait however that’s understandable since it was later in afternoon there was a few appointments and a few walk ins. I did not mind waiting and they explained this to me from beginning and I just wanted to wait. It was a Chris who helped me on the phone and in house it think. More

Terrific Customer Service I had an 8:30 appointment for service and as we pulled into the service area Chris Dupont was there who greeted us and knew who we were and our appoin I had an 8:30 appointment for service and as we pulled into the service area Chris Dupont was there who greeted us and knew who we were and our appointment time. Very nice first impression! I next dealt with Mike Zelenko, my service advisor, who was also extremely pleasant to work with. He advised what was needed this time around and told me how long it would probably be. Also wanted to know if I wanted it washed as well, He said it would be 45 minutes to one hour and sure enough in just a little over an hour. The waiting area was cramped with limited seating, but it have been just a busy day. The snacks on hand for the customer also a nice touch and again a great first impression. Mike walked me thru check-out and being disabled Mike offered to go bring my car up, but I needed to walk anyway. The car was not only washed, it was vacuumed inside and looked as if the tires were treated as well. Overall a nice experience when comparing it to other dealerships More
