Hylander Hybrid XLE Overall we had a great experience and will continue a repeat customer! We love our new Highlander too! But was a bit disappointed at your finance rate Overall we had a great experience and will continue a repeat customer! We love our new Highlander too! But was a bit disappointed at your finance rates at 5% for some with a great credit score and repeat customer. At the same time having the gas Highlanders at .9%, but not the Hybrids. It was disappointing, especially when the vehicle costs so much too. Both should have the rate, not just the one. More

Good problem solving My car was not running well and the check engine light was on. Your service person ran the codes and found a knock sensor problem. As it turned out My car was not running well and the check engine light was on. Your service person ran the codes and found a knock sensor problem. As it turned out some mice had chewed wiring going to the knock sensor. The wires were repaired and the sensor began functioning properly. No need to buy a new sensor! Good problem solving! More
