Tim went above and beyond with making sure I found the perfect vehicle, which was no easy task since I didn’t even know what I wanted. He was patient and showed us numerous cars at numerous lots over the perfect vehicle, which was no easy task since I didn’t even know what I wanted. He was patient and showed us numerous cars at numerous lots over the few weeks we were looking. Never did I feel pressured to buy or feel I was being too slow or picky. He knew our intentions were to find something that would fit our needs for several years to come and that I find the car buying process stressful. When we finally made the purchase, he and Sean stayed past closing to ensure we had the car that night. Sean didn’t rush through the lending process even though it was late. He gave us the great customer service I believe he gives everyone. Our family has purchased three vehicles through Tim and we will definitely recommend him to everyone we know.
