The Team at Cape Dodge nailed it at every level for my first new truck purchase. Chris Everson had the truck pulled up and in Perfect condition when I arrived. The Sales Manager Jarrod made me feel at hom first new truck purchase. Chris Everson had the truck pulled up and in Perfect condition when I arrived. The Sales Manager Jarrod made me feel at home and explained their stores buying process. It was my 18th birthday and he wanted to be sure everything went smooth and I was comfortable. The Finance Manager, Patrick was very impressive and mindful of my time. Being this was all new to me, he answered all my questions and presented all my financing options which I appreciated. I bumped into a salesperson they called “Big Country” and he had me rolling. That dude is hilarious. I’ll never forget how I was treated by everyone at this Dealership and I’ll be back for sure in the future. Thank You! More

They screwed up the registration of lojack, etch protection, etc. by using 33134 (miami) instead of 34134 (the correct zip). I contacted them right away and was insured that it would be corrected. It has been about 6 weeks and I haven't heard xxxx from them... "customer service" is a myth!!! Stay away !!!!! More
