Purchasing/leasing a new vehicle can be an intimidating process for so many. The sales consultant and those in the business end of things really make or break the experience. When it came time to drive the vehicle home, Chris took the time to explain every aspect of the vehicle and made sure that I knew how to safely operate all of the functions of the vehicle. Chris Fisher has repeatedly (multiple transactions) been there for my family and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. Chris, again, did an amazing job of getting us taken care of and we left highly satisfied (again) with our experience. When it came to the business side of things, Horacio did an amazing job of walking us through the paperwork and explaining things in a way that was easy for us to understand. There were NO surprises during the process and everything that was promised was fulfilled. Lots of laughs and no pressure. It was really a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!! More

I was pressured to walk out of there with a car I was pressured to buy a car AFTER saying I'd like to think about it. Then that same week i had someone hit me in a parking lot of a store. I took the vehicle back to lynch, so it could be fixed. They gave me a rental but wanted me to pay for it through my car insurance, and i was TOLD by my salesman don't bother with rental reimbursement insurance we will take care of you because its lease at the time of purchase. So i DIDN'T get it. So they let me have a rental for no charge. Well.. Its so far taking my car more then 2 weeks to be fixed by THEIR auto body shop. So Lynch now wants their rental back and they want to charge me for another rental. Its been over 2 WEEKS AT THEIR BODY SHOP .WHY WOULD I PAY YOU- LYNCH OF KENOSHA $10 A DAY AFTER YOU TALKED ME OUT OF ADDING IT TO MY INSURANCE???? Never and I MEAN NEVER will i recommend OR BUY or LEASE another vehical here!!! So soooo disappointed.. I made huge mistake buying a vehical at this DEALERSHIP!! More

Chris is the best! Lynch of Kenosha was the third dealership I had gone to looking for a Malibu. I wasn't happy with the salesman I had to deal with at the first two places,way too pushy! Started walking around the Lynch lot and Chris came out to see if he could help us,we told him we were just looking around right now,so he backed off and just let us be until we were ready to go and talk to him! When I did go talk to him, I couldn't of asked for a more helpful or friendly sales person to deal with! It's been over three months since I bought my car and every time I've gone into the dealership, Chris greets me by name and always asked me if there something he can help me with! Highly recommend Lynch and Chris! More
