When we arrived at the dealership Chris was helpful in working with the service department to determine what was wrong with our car. It had blown its second transmission in 50,000 miles. Facing this problem we asked Chris to show us some new cars, he seemed genuinely happy for us that we we're able to afford a new car. Thoughout the selection process he was very forthright about the pricing, cost and fees, and options available to us given our financial situation. Although, my fiancée is the type of guy that will spend hours reading Amazon reviews before he buys anything he seemed comfortable and confident working with Chris. In the end we paid less for our car then the Kelly Blue Book value, and added to that our car loan has only a 1.9% interest rate. There were also no unnecessary fees or financing fees tacked on. Throughout the whole Expirence it felt like Chris and the team at Malouf Ford was on our side, working for us, to help us understand the complex maze of financing and pricing presented by Ford Corporate. Although we live in Maryland, after this experience, we will buy from Malouf again. More
