I was visiting from Florida and was scheduled to head back on Monday June 1, 2026 when I noticed there oil leaking from somewhere in the engine. I brought my car to Glanzmann at 5pm on Thursday, May 28 back on Monday June 1, 2026 when I noticed there oil leaking from somewhere in the engine. I brought my car to Glanzmann at 5pm on Thursday, May 28 and immediately was met by Chris Gill. I was in a total panic because my return date had to be June 1 which did not give them a very long window to diagnose and potentially repair the issue. Chris explained everything to me thoroughly and there were no guarantees that it would be done by Monday but they would do their best. He kept me informed every day throughout the weekend and told me that Matt Holbert - Lead Service Tech was working on my car. By Saturday afternoon, Chris called me to tell me that it was a leaking gasket and was covered under warranty! I cannot thank Chris and Matt enough for taking the time to listen to my plight and make every attempt possible to have my car ready by the time I left on Monday. I am pleased to say I made it home safely, the car is running great and I will not hesitate to refer any of my friends who live in the area to your dealership. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The technology session was very helpful. As I’m someone who still haven’t gone through the giant user manual yet it was very helpful. Pointing out stuff like don’t block the battery vent for the hybrid foresters and how to quickly change the screen of the dashboard from the steering wheel and even pointing out what the little symbols on the windshield was for. It just made me like a d appreciate the car even more. More

I’ve worked with Chris W a few times now and can confidently say he’s a true professional. Not everything went perfectly smooth every time, but what really matters is how Chris handles situations confidently say he’s a true professional. Not everything went perfectly smooth every time, but what really matters is how Chris handles situations when things aren’t 100% peachy. For instance, I had tires replaced, but the initial balancing wasn’t great. I brought the vehicle back within a week with a rear vibration complaint, and Chris had the rebalancing / road testing done free of charge—no hassle at all. On my next visit, I was back for tires again (yep managed to puncture a newly installed tire within a month 🥹). The check-in process was super quick (Thanks Chris G) and Dana was very straightforward in explaining the repair process. Before I knew it, the car was ready to go! Everything covered by the tire warranty. Thank you all! More
