I was visiting from Florida and was scheduled to head back on Monday June 1, 2026 when I noticed there oil leaking from somewhere in the engine. I brought my car to Glanzmann at 5pm on Thursday, May 28 back on Monday June 1, 2026 when I noticed there oil leaking from somewhere in the engine. I brought my car to Glanzmann at 5pm on Thursday, May 28 and immediately was met by Chris Gill. I was in a total panic because my return date had to be June 1 which did not give them a very long window to diagnose and potentially repair the issue. Chris explained everything to me thoroughly and there were no guarantees that it would be done by Monday but they would do their best. He kept me informed every day throughout the weekend and told me that Matt Holbert - Lead Service Tech was working on my car. By Saturday afternoon, Chris called me to tell me that it was a leaking gasket and was covered under warranty! I cannot thank Chris and Matt enough for taking the time to listen to my plight and make every attempt possible to have my car ready by the time I left on Monday. I am pleased to say I made it home safely, the car is running great and I will not hesitate to refer any of my friends who live in the area to your dealership. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
