I almost fell off my chair the first time I met him and he didn't upsell me, and I'm dead serious when I tell you that my face broke into a huge smile when my husband hated the Nissan he tested. My next thought was, "YES! We can go buy a Honda from Chris!" Everyone we have chatted with at Germain Honda has been wonderful - service department is great, sales is great, etc. but Chris is probably my very favorite person there. Buying a car from him is like buying one from an old friend, and he has lots of repeat customers. Visit him and find out why. I know it sounds like I am laying it on thick, but there are really not enough nice things I can say about Chris that will adequately explain how great he is. I thought all Germain sales people at all the dealerships would be the same as Chris, but they're not - there are some people who are still trying that same old pushy salesperson thing. So if you don't want to haggle, get angry, threaten to leave, and get the old car sales tricks, go visit Chris and go home happy instead of miserable with a gorgeous AFFORDABLE new car! More

I would like to thank Chris Glover at Germain Honda for a great car buying experience. Chris reached out to me almost a year ago when I have been on the company site reviewing models and information. I could not make a purchase at the time but was "window shopping" the web.. Over the next few months, Chris sent emails to me letting me know of new specials on the model I was interested in, instead of blowing up my phone calling to harass me as some sales people do. I appreciated the follow up and let him know that in several months (November) that I should have my finances where I would like them to be and that I would follow up then. He was very thoughtful and thanked me for letting him know, and don't you know, Nov. 1st came and I had an email from Chris saying hello, and letting me know the specials on the CRV model I was interested in. The thing I appreciated the most about Chris, is that he was authentically a nice guy just doing his job. He was not an aggressive sales person and had a very relaxed demeanor that made me feel comfortable and not pushed to buy. As a result, I went in yesterday to meet him in person for the first time to discuss a purchase, and left Honda with a new 2015 AWD CRV.
