Jeremie was rude and disrespectful, he doesn't care about the customers new or returning. His attitude toward my situation was less than acceptable. The dealership does not value their customers, they made the customers new or returning. His attitude toward my situation was less than acceptable. The dealership does not value their customers, they made no effort to rectify my problem. There solution was purchased another vehicle from them. I've purchased three brand new vehicles from Keffer CDJR. First one, 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland had no issues, traded it and the second one, 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, had a recall that wasn't repairable for over two months. Traded that and the third one, 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit power steering stopped working at 2067 miles. More
