I live right up the street from Tulley Buick GMC and have several friends who love buying and servicing their vehicles here. I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation Crew Cab Short Bed (3.0L Dur several friends who love buying and servicing their vehicles here. I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation Crew Cab Short Bed (3.0L Duramax Diesel) that had previously been driven by a dealership employee. The truck itself is fantastic, and my overall rating for the dealership's finance department, service department, and facilities is a well-deserved 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with my specific salesperson, Kenneth "Kenny" Vancour, deserves a solid 1 star. The 5-Star Experience (Finance, Service & Staff): * Business Manager Vincent Falcone was amazing, smooth, and professional. He made me feel right at home and was truly one of the best parts of buying this truck. * Chris Grieco in the Service Department was stellar, exceptionally friendly on the phone, and never rushed his tone. * When I couldn't get a hold of my salesperson about a missing item, Chris proactively offered to help with a fantastic attitude and got the issue resolved immediately. The waiting area is great, and other salespeople I observed were highly engaging and friendly with their clients. The Dealership Critique (Delivery Prep): * The truck had almost 6,000 miles on it as a previous dealer vehicle. While the fuel tank was filled, they missed filling the DEF fluid for the diesel engine. [1] * The final detailing was decent overall, though it could have been a bit sharper for a 2026 model. There was still some dust on the dash, minor debris in the cup holders, and some brake dust on the rims. The 1-Star Experience (Salesperson Kenneth Vancour): * High-Pressure Tactics: From day one, he refused to go over final numbers unless I committed to buying right away. He lowballed my trade-in and insisted he couldn't discuss "real numbers" until I was ready to sign. I had to bring in a written outside offer just to get him to reluctantly match it. * Dismissive Communications: During negotiations, he would shake his head "no" before I even finished speaking, flatly refusing offers without checking with a manager. He pointed out that they were giving me $1,500 more than they "wanted to" for my trade-in, aggressively trying to make me feel bad for wanting a fair deal. His claims of "fighting for me" felt completely insincere. * Ignored Technical Concerns: When I brought up known thrust bearing metal quality issues on earlier production runs of the baby diesel engine to ensure my truck's build date was outside that window, he completely dismissed my research because it would "be covered under warranty." * Poor Delivery & Post-Sale Support: On delivery day, I waited patiently to ask a quick technical question about where to plug in the engine block heater cable found in my glove box. When he acknowledged me, he acted like I was a major inconvenience. Furthermore, he promised a touch-up pen for my Titanium Rush Metallic paint but did not include it. I was patient and didn't even bring it up until this week (nearly a month after my June 30th purchase). I reached out via text on both Monday and Wednesday regarding the pen but didn't receive a reply. When I happened to speak with Chris in service, I simply asked him how I could go about getting the pen since my salesperson hadn't replied yet. With a great attitude, Chris proactively offered to reach out to Ken for me, and within minutes Kenneth finally texted me back to say he had it on his desk. Ultimately, Kenneth felt entirely fake, playing a part just to close a deal rather than building a lifelong client relationship. I highly recommend Tulley's facilities, Vincent Falcone, and the service staff, but I strongly advise management to review Kenneth Vancour's poor communication, negotiation games, and lack of post-sale responsiveness. I will never buy a vehicle from him again. More

I can assure you that when you deal with Tulley GMC and Tulley in general they have a transparent and honest sales process I believe should be the industry standard. If your going to hide behind your CPU for fear of getting the best deal? I suggest you go there and thank me later. God bless and good luck on your search, I no longer have to.
