I very highly recommend the personable and professional Marlborough Nissan dealership, run by Dan Hedin. I cannot say enough for the service I receive at Marlborough Nissan. Everyone is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The secretary, Morgana, and Chris, Chad and Murdoch at the service desks are always pleased to accommodate my rather inflexible schedule. Although I'm usually in for just the occasional oil change or mileage tune-up, they remember my name and make me feel "welcomed back." The car service is also prompt, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable with a large screen T.V., free snacks and 2 massage chairs! My husband and I have purchased and leased cars through Jim McCall and Mark Stroller and have always been very pleased with those experiences as well, and the cars have run perfectly for us. This dealership is worth checking out! More

People are very friendly and service is very good. Prices are competitive with other dealers. Suggest they consider cleaning the car or at least the windows when returning the car after extensive service wor are competitive with other dealers. I actually tried to purchase my 2011 Nissan Rogue at this dealership, but could not come to terms on price. I bought my Rogue at Framingham Nissan which has now moved their service department to Wellesley. I have always followed the guidelines for servicing my car and continued to do so in Wellesley. I happened to receive a free oil change offer from Marlboro Nissan which prompted me to call. I was very surprised to find out what their regular service costs were compared to Nissan Framingham/Wellesley. I booked and received my 30,000 mile checkup in Marlboro. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Wellesley and will continue to have my car serviced at Marlboro Nissan. I live in Marlboro and have been traveling to Wellesley not knowing what the local dealership- had to offer. The two gentlemen that I encountered were friendly and informative. Marlboro Nissan has a top notch professional team and I would recommend them to anyone. More

I did not buy my car at this dealership however I service my car at this locaiton all the time. They have a very comfortable watiting room snacks and a huge flat screen tv. I had the pleasure of working with Jim McCall and he made everything so easy from the moment I walked in the door. I got everything I wanted and more, and for a price that couldn't be beat. Chris has excellent knowledge of what service is required on my car and gave excellent advice on how to maintain it. He clearly explains the work that was done and what work will need to be done in the futur on my car and gave excellent advice on how to maintain it. He clearly explains the work that was done and what work will need to be done in the future. When there are options as to what work could be done, he explains those as well. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs work done on their car. More

Our brand new car was keyed two months after purchase and Marlborough Nissan very generously worked with us on the price as well as provided a loaner when the work went longer than anticipated.
