Took vehicle to Cookville Honda on 02/27/26 for recall repair. Cookville Honda replaced rear windshield which upon purchase of the vehicle I had tinted for my safety, as the lights from following vehicles made it difficult to see the roadway. Upon return of the vehicle, the rear window was not tinted. I immediately questioned the service provider. They said it was not their problem, as they were only responsible to replace the window. They provided the phone number to Honda of North America. Filed claim #16196238 on 03/02/2026. On 03/06/2026 was notified claim was denied and told a formal notification would be sent to me. This was a recall on the rear windshield and the Honda manufacture error the reason it had to be replaced, and not a result of any neglect on my part. Request I be reimbursed for having to re-tint the rear windshield.
