I responded with I appreciate the thought, the ONLY way I would even consider is if I could get into a vehicle and lower my payments, however I don't think you could do that, being as that I had a bad experience with you guys the last time I bought from you. Didn't even offer me payoff on a car that I had for a year and only put 10k miles on it.... it made me have a real bad taste in my mouth, and I didn't realize it until I got home with my new car. My fiance and I both agreed I wouldn't go back to crookeville Honda for my next purchase because of that.... I get what it's like to be in sales as I used to sell vehicles but sometimes you've gotta think like your customers would in order to keep recurring customers. and he has yet to respond.
