I had a very disappointing and costly experience after brining my 2014 Ford Escape here for routine maintenance and check engine light. They told me I needed spark plugs and a catalytic converter. I had brining my 2014 Ford Escape here for routine maintenance and check engine light. They told me I needed spark plugs and a catalytic converter. I had them do the maintenance and replace the spark plugs then brought it somewhere less expensive for the catalytic converter. Two weeks after getting the work done the engine light came back on so I brought it to a different dealer to read the codes. They said "misfire & catalytic converter" same as before I spent $2200 on repairs. They further informed me that coolant was leaking into the cylinders and I need a new engine & another catalytic converter as the coolant destroyed the new one. They were also surprised that Naz Ford replaced the spark plugs and recommended replacing the catalytic converter because both would just be quickly destroyed by the leaking coolant. So now, not only do I need an engine, I also need to redo the catalytic converter and the $1800 I spent on that job was wasted. More
