We have many family members that have used White River Toyota with great success so we figured we'd give it a try. So glad we did!! I made an apt with salesman Chris Hatch. (strongly recommend making apts) He was great from the start. He never attempted to do any form of high pressure sales on us, or have us attempt to get us a car outside of our price range. We found the car we had been hoping for and he made the sale process painless. Even while we waited for the paperwork to go through Chris was good at making sure we had all we needed and never let us feel neglected. I highly recommend White River Toyota and Chris Hatch!!! More

Amazing! When I approached the dealership I was greeted by Chris and he was very welcoming! He asked what was important, what wasn't and what I had in mind. From there we searched- test drive #1- was great- he was very informative. We went back to the drawing table and I chose a 2nd car- which was the one! NOT once did he try to push the car I didn't like, and was very understanding of my many questions- he answered them truthfully. Chris is an amazing "sales guy" and if I would definitely send ANYONE to him. He was truly wonderful! More
