Car we purchased was in transit and could never be found. Had to purchase another Lexus and redo all the loan paperwork. Our salesman, Cliff Setton was great throughout the process however communication from the Sales Manager Chris Hill was non existent until I started sending emails to everyone I could including the owner of Price LeBlanc and Finance Manager Melvin Burden who was outstanding. A second vehicle( which we did purchase and took delivery of on 09/18/24) was located at a dealership in Fort Worth and it was transported immediately to Price LeBlanc Lexus in Baton Rouge. Even though Chris Hill told me directly, while at the dealership, that the car was identical to the first vehicle we purchased, I was then informed it was missing several features that were added however it delayed the delivery of our vehicle by several days. Though we are pleased with our vehicle the overall buying experience was not at the level we were expecting for such a highly reputable organization like Price LeBlanc. Once again kudos to Melvin Burden and Cliff Setton. More
