Kitrell Earley is an outstanding service advisor who goes above and beyond for you. Has always taken excellent care of me when I have had my vehicle in for service. I brought my vehicle in for service and ha above and beyond for you. Has always taken excellent care of me when I have had my vehicle in for service. I brought my vehicle in for service and had an appointment later that day in the early afternoon. Kitrell said the vehicle should be done way before my appointment. So I arrived and waited for the service to be completed. Around noon time i went to Kitrell to see if the service was done yet and he said it was not. But he had set aside a loaner for me just in case. So I use the loaner to go to my appointment and returned to pick up my vehicle which was done. He had made sure that I would make it to my appointment on time. Of all the service advisors I have dealt without through out my years of owning a vehicle Kitrell is by far the most professional and outstanding service advisor I have come to deal with. He should be commended for the excellent work and customer service he provides. And he always has a smile on his face. More
