Rain was great. The first and only one to great us the moment we stepped out of our car onto to lot the first day. He knew the exact I should get before I did. He The first and only one to great us the moment we stepped out of our car onto to lot the first day. He knew the exact I should get before I did. He was absolutely communicative prior to and on the second day when I test drove the vehicle and hand held me through the entire process until I finally purchased the vehicle and came back to get a touch up done. He made the experience of buying a Volvo worth every moment and compensated for the one not so great moment that he had nothing to do with. The others that need a shout out for their kindness are Aisha and Kenny, they were great. (Not a fan at all to say the least of Chris who is not customer service oriented in sales or the guy two seats down from Kenny in Service). More

Fantastic experience! No pressure staff- Diane and Fred were exceptional- made the car buying experience so much less stressful. (Wanted to take Fred home with us we had No pressure staff- Diane and Fred were exceptional- made the car buying experience so much less stressful. (Wanted to take Fred home with us we had so much fun) Love the car - everything was explained- inventory was available. Ricco was great as well with all the closing paperwork! Overall great experience. Shout out to Chris as well with his technical experience who helped us set up Amazon Music! More
