Worst experience of my life. Total piece of xxxx sold to me like it was a brand new car I had to come back and fight for weeks to get all the broken things fixed. Zero communication from anyone. No response from service advisor ALL DAY LONG. If you call and tell them what you are looking for they send you to a line that rings over and over un No response from service advisor ALL DAY LONG. If you call and tell them what you are looking for they send you to a line that rings over and over until you have to press 2 and then continue holding or leave a voicemail. Why would I leave a voicemail when I can't even get one question answered. Between the hours of 7:45am when I dropped my car off till 5:00pm now when I am writing this. (UPDATE) Decided to take my own Uber because I wasn't able to get anyone at the dealer to send me a ride. When I finally got to talk to someone there, I was informed that they didn't complete my service request. I had three things that needed to be done and they only did the one that was $700, and that is completely fine. But to not get a single word of communication all day from anyone is just unacceptable. No one I interacted with cared about the situation. If you choose to get service done here and you end up with Jean as your Service Advisor, make sure to speak very slowly because according to him and Chris (Supervisor) I never asked for anything else to be done on my vehicle. But don't worry. They gave me a free oil change that I'm not going to use because it requires me to go back to their location. Long story short is that not one person I talked to that morning or that evening wanted to be there, let alone get any work done or respond to a simple text or phone call. Don't waste your time with them. They don't care about you. More
