I traded in my 2019 Yukon that they sold for 58k and they gave me a 2019 Expedition worth not a single penny because 4 business days later the transmission slipped and wouldn't let me accelerate on the highw gave me a 2019 Expedition worth not a single penny because 4 business days later the transmission slipped and wouldn't let me accelerate on the highway...twice! Within 20 minutes of each other. With a 9 month old baby in the car, we could have been KILLED! The first time it happened I let off the gas for a few seconds and tried again and it still wouldn't go then it started shaking. I discussed it needing a new transmission and was told they completely understand and would discuss with the general manager, I was never contacted again for a week and only to be told "your cars ready, we couldn't recreate the problem so we couldn't fix anything" no joke, should have replaced the transmission because this is a common problem with 2019 Expeditions that I had no clue about until this happened and started researching the specific issue that shows the Shift System error message. I will never buy another used car from them. Gave them an $85K vehicle to be screwed over without lube and they refused to give my car back that was still on the lot and listed available on the website. More
