The service guys inside were very rude. My sunroof has been leaking and I guess I said something funny and they snickered. Then proceeded to tell me that sunroofs leak. I dont know everything, but I do know that a sunroof shouldn’t leak whenever you go through a car wash and when it rains. It did rain very hard yesterday, but I had water coming out of at control panel on the ceiling. Seems a little dangerous to me and I’m pretty sure that isn’t a normal thing. When I asked if it would cause problems to that control panel the response was I mean eventually. Again I don’t think a sunroof should leak. I’ve got many friends that have sunroofs and they didn’t leak into their car. They finally said they would replace the gasket around the sunroof because it might not be functioning correctly, but I needed to understand it isn’t a waterproof seal!😳 This is about the 3rd time that I’ve had a very poor experience with this dealership. I think I’ll just be driving to Fayetteville from now on. More
