In 2012 I was looking to purchase a Camaro special edition Dusk, I searched out Chris and he set me up with Joe Tedesco and since that day Joe has been my go to guy for anything Chevy. I live in Cold Spring Harbor and could go to dealers much closer,but I choose to go see my friends at Buzz Chew. Its about loyalty and honesty, I know at Buzz Chew I am getting the best deal without having to haggle. Buzz Chew and the entire staff treat you like family, My son purchased a 2016 Colorado from Buzz chew and was treated like a family member not a customer, his next truck will definitely be from Buzz Chew. I loved his truck so much I leased a 2018 Colorado Joe and Chris and the entire staff went out of there way to get me the color and package I wanted. I could not be happier, my wife will be leasing the Cadillac XT5 in April when her current lease is up, and she can't wait believe me. Buying a Car, Truck, or Suv should be an enjoyable experience, it should never be stressful or aggravating. At Buzz Chew it's always a great experience probably the only Chevrolet dealer on Long island that still has broucher's for all the vehicles they sell, I like to look talk to salesman go over numbers and take the broucher home look at the truck I like for a few days then go order the truck I want. And I like to keep the broucher. If your considering buying or leasing a Chevy I would highly recommend visiting Buzz Chew out in Southampton make it a day out with the family lots to do out on east end, you will not be disappointed. You can also realize that it's quite possible I've just purchased my last vehicle. I couldn't have possibly picked a more satisfying dealership than Buzz Chew Chevrolet. My sales consultant never gave the slightest hint of being in any rush for me to make a decision to purchase. He is very knowledgeable about what he sells, answers questions with patience and will explain any feature you don't understand. He makes a real effort to work within your budget comfort zone and if you are trading something in he will explain how the value of that trade was determined. Most importantly to me was the respect I was shown, the welcome feeling and the genuine "you must be satisfied" sales attitude. I haven't as yet met the service department and that will certainly be an important area when it comes time to service my my new vehicle. I'm quite confident the service manager will turn out every bit a "Buzz Chew Team Member". Five Stars Well Deserved ! More

"Sweating Bullets" We ordered a 3500 HD Dually on March 8, 2017. We thought it would be in, in 8 weeks. At 10 weeks it still had not even been produced. We pull a fifth wheel camper & already had 4 trips booked for May & June. Joe Tedesco & Chris Klausz assured us they would do whatever it takes to make it happen. They even went so far as to tell us they would purchase a used vehicle for us to use if we could not get our new vehicle in time.. They ended up finding us an exact duplicate truck of the one we ordered in Delaware. They went & picked it up for us. We couldn't be happier, we got the truck one week before our first trip. If you are looking for great customer service and real honest people we highly recomend Buzz Chew. Thank you for all your hard work. Rich & Kim More
