Chris Knutson has enjoyed working for Niello Acura since 2003. He uses the Acura concierge approach to serve his clients for now and all future relations. Clients continue to be completely impressed by how his demonstration drive is more of a real world driving seminar which shows off the features and benefits of the vehicle they are considering. He enjoys spending his free time with his wonderful wife, raising two nieces, adventuring with their two Parson Russell Terriers, and hiking California trails, peaks and mountains. The sales team was absolutely incredible here and I commend them with my sincerest appreciation. More dealers should be as helpful as this one and I encourage people to go here for a proper dealer experience. That being said, Acura really let me down on this integra a spec. The type S is the car the integra should have been when it first launched. The regular a spec has been extremely dull, soulless, and uninspiring to drive. Some could say it should be expected with such low horse power but man is this thing sluggish. The drive is one of the most boring I have ever had and my daily used to be a jetta. The inside is extremely luxurious and in comfort mode it feels incredibly smooth however, it just does not embody any part of the previous integra generation soul. It no longer feels like a get in and do anything but instead a get from point a to point b and at the price point I was expecting a bit more to be honest. At least some thrill in driving this new car . The looks can get it so far because it does look great even without the type S side fenders but it’s just so boring to drive, my partner and I are very saddened by Acura and feel let down by the new integra as previous gen integra owners/family. I wouldn’t suggest this new integra that’s not a type s to anybody but I would suggest Neilo Acura for their amazing customer service. Will be looking to sell this soon to go another route unfortunately. More
