Chris Knutson in sales is fantastic- even fun, to work with- don't want his head to get too big - I notice most everyone has a great experience with him. Gary Smedsted in service is very conscientious and wants to make sure things are done right for you, the customer. I leased an RDX, and has some minor issues with the upholstery- which was handled professionally and everything possible was done to fix it. The car is great! I still miss my old 2005 MDX which was my lifetime best car. Unfortunately I traded it in for a Prius last year, with a terrible experience at Roseville Toyota- the car was awful, and so I quickly went back to Niello Acura and got another RDX and am happy again. Not as good of mpg as a Prius, but a million times better car. More

After a less than stellar experience at Roseville Toyota, I headed down to Niello Acura. I was greeted by Chris, who was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to help me find the car I really wanted.
