Gary Smedstad has been with Niello Acura since 2007, and has been working around Honda and Acura since 1990. The first 15 years of this time was spent as a Technician, but Gary decided he liked working with the customers more than with the cars. A good variety of makes and trims levels for all their vehicles to choose from. The dealership was clean and presentable, great snacks and loved their coffee machine. Liam Harder was very knowledgeable of the different trim levels for the SUVs we were looking at and we didn’t feel pressured to purchase a vehicle we didn’t want. He insured me that they would get me answers, and in a matter of hours, he called and the service department figured out the problem and fixed my car all in one day. This was after my car had been to Elk Grove Acura 3 times and they couldn't figure out the problem.
