This is my second purchase through Niello and my first sale using David. A previous transaction at Niello was a tad bumpy even though I was relatively happy after closing the sale. David was beyond patient with our questions & helped to minimize the back & forth that we would normally go through at a car dealership. That alone was very important to me/us since like most people, buying a car isn't too much of fun. David keep us entertained while waiting to go to the Finance dept to finish the paperwork. The wait wasn't that pleasant since it was a Sunday and they had one Finance person out sick leaving only 2 to handle the hordes of customers looking to buy before the tariffs take affect. Bottom line is, I would easily use him again which is my best testimony. Experience, professionalism and patience are the 3 keys to an Excellent salesperson. More
