It was a pleasure to work with Lance Snodgrass. Very refreshing to see a salesperson who just tells you things about the car and doesn’t do all the high pressure sales crap. I held off buying the car for over a year as I didn’t want to go through the car buying process. The two finance guys were also non-pressure. Car sales process needs to change, Niello seems to have made that change. More

I ended up purchasing a car here, but the process was more frustrating than expected. I was quoted an out the door price over the phone, but when I arrived it was a few thousand dollars more. They did more frustrating than expected. I was quoted an out the door price over the phone, but when I arrived it was a few thousand dollars more. They did bring it down, but it was still higher than the quote & it took unnecessary back and forth. I was also told I could come in to test drive the car, but when I got there, I wasn’t allowed to drive it because it hadn’t passed smog yet. I was told it would be ready the next day, but it actually took about three days. Looking at the Carfax afterward, there were multiple services done. Not just smog, so the timeline and explanation didn’t fully match what I was told. On top of that, one of the finance managers seemed irritated when I was asking questions during the process, which made the experience feel overwhelming. I did get the car in the end and I love it, but the overall experience wasn’t the smoothest. I’d probably go elsewhere next time. More
