When we got to talk with David Rich the delivery manager he walked us through everything for the warranties the extended warranty which we got as well as the undercoating for the car the importance of it why it's so necessary and we got it also and we will be getting the other ones as my money permits us to get the painting coating the inside the frame of the car to protect us from rust. He walked through everything it was a real education for me and we made great choices because of that. It's the best customer service I've had in a very long time. More
