He made the entire buying experience easy because he listened to find out what I was interested in driving, enabling us to cut right to the chase. A quick test drive with Brian and I left a deposit with delivery two days later. Brian had everything ready when I returned to take my new Jeep Cherokee home with me. No pressure to buy additional items or protection packages. I signed the papers and on my way in about a half hour. Brian truly made my car buying experience the best I've ever had and I will certainly recemmend him to family and friends. More

Very helpful before, during, and after purchase. I located the Town and Country we eventually purchased on Autotrader and was able to set up an appointment to stop by and test drive it. Chris was very casual about the entire experience, which was a good thing as opposed to a pushy, pressured approach some dealers exude. My wife and I had to bring out two small kids and they dealership had a nice little area for them to play during the lengthy vehicle purchase process. My wife was able to drive the van separately from me (while I stayed back and watched the kids) by herself. Ultimately, we purchased the van and when we got back home, I realized the driver's side floor mat was missing (believed to have been misplaced while the vehicle was getting detailed prior to us taking delivery of it). We also noticed the remote for the DVD player was missing. I alerted Chris to these items and he had them replaced no questions asked! I would definitely shop there again in the future!! More
