I purchased a new 2010 F150 from Mcfarland Ford this past April. I can't say enough about the ownership / customer service. I went into many dealerships, including Portsmouth Ford, and McFarland blew past April. I can't say enough about the ownership / customer service. I went into many dealerships, including Portsmouth Ford, and McFarland blew them out of the water. Portsmouth couldn't have cared less about whether I bought or walked. McFarland had a staff of people who were knowledgeable, reasonable and not trying to shove something down my throat. Most of all they were just nice people who were willing to go out of their way to find answers for me. THey took care of all my financing and helping me build the custom truck I wanted. Great place. Will continue to keep going back. More
