I never felt pressured -- it was more like shopping for a car with a very knowledgeable friend than a salesperson. Chris made sure I was happy with the car at delivery and beyond, even helping me fix a leaky tire a few weeks later. I wasn't sure what my experience would be purchasing something other than a Mercedes from this dealership, but they treated me so well throughout the process. I'm very impressed! More
