Most recently we leased an XT5 and thought the design had a bit too much "bling" with chrome. He arranged to have a black grill put on the front of the car which has given it a sporty look. His knowledge of Cadillac and the history of the cars is impressive. On top of everything else, Chris is a genuinely nice person. Tony showed me how the new car operates and was very patient and professional as well. In the past when I have come in for service on my vehicles, Chris Pontillo and Dan Kropp have been helpful and friendly. I met Buzz Chew a few times and he seemed like a really customer oriented dealer. Prior to leasing with Buzz Chew, I leased a different brand of car through another dealer. After working with Buzz Chew, I don't think I would go anywhere else. I do hope that Cadillac continues to offer good terms to its customers so that they can remain with professional, friendly neighborhood car dealerships like Buzz Chew. More
