These comments are not read by humans, they are read by artificial intelligence. I got a nice van at a decent price, but I felt no courteous behavior to have me buy again from here. We live in the fast lane and there is no warmth in the grip of a simple thank you handshake. This has nothing to do with price. I have 2 free oil changes I don’t feel like using because it’s not worth my time driving from south miami to deal with this place. Why was I at this dealership from 10am to 4pm on the day of sale? They wanted me to take delivery of the van before I had to make logistic plans of returning a work van I was borrowing. There was an unknown agenda about that. There was a bubble defect in the dealership tint, and no effort was made to repair it. The tint quality sucks anyway, I got new tint anyway elsewhere of a better caliber. Again, it is doubtful these comments are read by an actual human. I was told about being invited back to complete my survey in person and get free weather mats and a fill up of gas. There was no follow through on this. I don’t need this anyway. It was a learning experience dealing with Arrigo and it could have been worse. I will not return. It really does not matter because they are successful and do not need me at all. Take care. More
