Took 5 hours to complete transaction; MSRP on paperwork & sticker were different; rushed review of all paperwork requiring signatures resulting in purchase of plans which we cancelled after reading paperwo & sticker were different; rushed review of all paperwork requiring signatures resulting in purchase of plans which we cancelled after reading paperwork. Salesman very driven & verbal about dealership need to be top seller & his commission. Said several times he would get us a better deal if we promise all 10’s on his survey. We never received the survey. We were so turned off at the end that we would have refused the purchase which the manager said we could not do; although thought we had time by law to change our minds. Very poor overall experience. More
