I was dreading the idea of having to go through the whole car buying scenario but Chris Lowry made the process not just bearable but enjoyable… and it’s not even related to the new car I got. The respect, ki car buying scenario but Chris Lowry made the process not just bearable but enjoyable… and it’s not even related to the new car I got. The respect, kindness, and help I received while buying the car was way better than I even imagined. I also appreciated working with the finance manager James Powell. He answered all my questions and helped me understand everything involved with the sale. I will forever refer people to Scott Clark Toyota. Thank you for an incredible experience! More

BUYER BEWARE! !!! If I could give zero stars I would. First they told me I had to use their transport company, but failed to mention that that company was owned by !!! If I could give zero stars I would. First they told me I had to use their transport company, but failed to mention that that company was owned by the sales managers' wife. Next it took a week of phone calls to the dealership to get wire instructions. I had to threaten to cancel the deal before they sent them to me. Then the finance guy tried telling me I had to pay a higher than agreed to interest rate, when questioned he said it was only for "well qualified buyers". (I have a credit score of 844 and was putting more than half down.) He then tried telling me it was because I live in a different location even though Toyota.com says buyer location doesn't matter. Paperwork was finally sent to a notary, but the contract was wrong. The rate, term and payment were not the agreed amounts. Had to wait for another correction. They suggested I sign the delivered contract and let them amend it after the fact. I obviously declined. Vehicle finally arrived this morning with 136 more miles than the signed paperwork stated it had, and without any of the necessarydocuments that.show I actually own this car. Nothing about this dealership or the deal was pleasant except for my salesman Chris. He is the only reason I didn't walk away from the deal. I would definitely buy from him again, but not from this joke of a dealership. Their biggest concern at the end was "Are you going to leave us a bad review". I did get $500 back from them, but at this point it feels like a slap in the face. More
