Great Experience I had to take my QX60 into Infinity of Denver because my key was not being recognized and my driver seat had come loose. They had me checked in within I had to take my QX60 into Infinity of Denver because my key was not being recognized and my driver seat had come loose. They had me checked in within 5 minutes and after looking at the car they let me know it would be a few hours for the repairs and gave me a loaner vehicle to get through the day. 3 hours later they had my car all fixed after finding a bad battery in the remote and securing the driver seat back into the car. Everyone I dealt with was great and even though Infiniti of Denver is a little out of the way for me, I will definitely be back. More

He gave me the number for Infiniti roadside service and they quickly se When my car broke down I immediately called Chris Madigan in the service dept. He gave me the number for Infiniti roadside service and they quickly set up a tow for me. I appreciated the attention Chris was able to give me during a frustrating moment. I tend to deal mostly with Chris by choice. I appreciate having a regular contact in the service dept. He is extremely helpful and he always makes sure his customers are taken care of. I own two Infiniti's and feel very comfortable having all of the service work done on them at Infiniti of Denver. More
