Chris does a terrific job every time I have an issue. He has my car thoroughly inspected and gives me all the recommended services plus the related costs. He also prioritizes everything so I know what to d has my car thoroughly inspected and gives me all the recommended services plus the related costs. He gets me in on my schedule and is able to get me a loaner car which makes my whole experience with the service center very convenient and accommodating. Just dropped in (unannounced) for my 30K service...Infiniti of Denver got me in right away, loaned me a car and washed my vehicle. I give them an A-ONE award for customer service and treatin service...Infiniti of Denver got me in right away, loaned me a car and washed my vehicle. I give them an A-ONE award for customer service and treating me like a VIP. Everyone from my original sales person, the front desk, sales consultant to the owners treat their customers like they would want to be treated. I have purchased several cars from Infiniti of Denver and plan to continue in the future. Great job in a country where customer service has declined over the years!!! More

I had a scheduled appointment and did not have to wait an excessive amount of time to have my car looked at. It was just a service light that needed to be reset. Chris was extremely pleasant and was very keen on getting my car ready for a road trip I will be taking by myself. I appreciate his sensitivity to me wanting to feel confident that the vehicle will get me t my car ready for a road trip I will be taking by myself. Chris was very thorough on what needed to be done on my car at 60k miles to maximize my investment and keep it in top shape for a long time. Comfortable check-in and waiting areas. Chris made recommendations of service to keep my vehicle in tip-top shape; and then had approved services performed.
