Christopher Malone is the best!! This was my first car lease and he made the process seamless! He answered all of my questions, was super informative, and honestly made the whole experience much less str lease and he made the process seamless! He answered all of my questions, was super informative, and honestly made the whole experience much less stressful. Frank also did an amazing job with reviewing the car with me. I’m not the most savvy when it comes to cars and he was very patient in reviewing everything with me. Thank you Subaru for making my first ever car experience a great one!!! More

Explaining and updating new the navigation on the2020 outback. Charley and Frank were knowledgeable and friendly and really tried to help me. . However I do not like the NEW navigation. It is not user friendly and older features were not available that I liked. The screen is busy.. Why isn’t the backup camera on the whole screen? The nighttime map is horrible, Very hard to read. Why did they change the blue lights on the dashboard? When you moved the map for interaction it doesn’t stay as I like . It returns back to the original map. Voice commands are not simple. This is the 4th Subaru I’ve leased and it will make me re think next time.Please notify Subaru corporation of my views. Suzanne Levine More
