We do all we can to ensure every customer is completely satisfied. The sales process is usually quick and easy. On the occations financing is difficult we work hard to get customers the best terms for a approval. These situations call for more patience. Perhaps we need to communicate better to ensure customers in these situations understand. When we buy or take vehicles on trade and sell them we do not always receive two keys. Since we price our vehicles to compete aggressively we do not always have the mark up to add a second key. We understand your frustration and we certainly want to earn your business in the future.
