Patiently answered my questions and I know he'll be available for any future questions I might have. Sal Schillaci, and Dan Peach before Sal, always responded to my service needs with the A8L all those years. They always gave me a car to use while mine was in repair. Once they gave me a Q3 and I really liked it. I wasn't in the market to buy a new car but that changed quickly when I was rear-ended in my A8L. I loved that car but it was totaled. Fortunately, I was not totaled along with it and needed a new car. All those years of great service just pointed me to go to Audi. Look forward to many more years with Audi. More

Flat TIRE Hit pothole and damage tire beyond repair. Audi roadside assistance came to my location within 20 minutes had the Tire changed.
