My wife stopped in this weekend after being jerked around by another Chevy dealer in the area. The other had her call me while I was sleeping (I work nights) to try and sell me on a truck I was thinking abou by another Chevy dealer in the area. The other had her call me while I was sleeping (I work nights) to try and sell me on a truck I was thinking about. I passed in my sleeping super. At four stars, she saw 3 trucks and immediately came and got me as I had just woke up. Chance talked to us like a human and was very personable. After the other dealer lured me back to them with some fancy talk, I ultimately walked away "over $1000". Called Chance and he has the truck I was looking at ready to go within 15 minutes of our call. No hassle, no market adjustments. Just honest talk between him and his GM who also took time talk with me. Overall, I was at the dealership for about 3 hours (mostly waiting for fiance to finish up the people ahead of me. Chance was amazing and already have some talks to get a new trailblazer for the missus in the next month or so. More
