Bought a brand new Chevy Truck from Four Stars in 2011 and have had zero issues with Four Stars since purchase date. Made a phone call to Tom recently inquiring about a new Camaro. I was a first time buyer at a dealership so I was very nervous of a pushy aggressive salesman experience. Completely the opposite, Christian was wonderful to my mom and me. He even stayed and waited late after business hours so I could test drive the truck I had my eye on. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Him and his manager negotiated with me on a deal that I felt comfortable accepting. Overall, the customer service was top notch. They strive to achieve repeat customers not just one off deals. It was worth the drive, time, and effort! :) More
